Flingern celebrates street life, neighbours & flea market
Saturday, from 8 a.m.
Once a year, Flurstraße, Bruchstraße and Schwelmer Straße, the Karl-Wagner-Platz, the schoolyard of the GGS Flurstraße and many backyards turn into Düsseldorf's biggest neighbourhood get-together: flea market, music and food from all over the world – organised by the Bürgerinitiative Flingern e.V. and hundreds of volunteers.
One neighbourhood,
one big street
Since 1979, the Bürgerinitiative Flingern e.V., a local residents' association, has organised the street festival as a volunteer neighbourhood project. Residents, clubs and local businesses open their street for a day full of flea market, live music, children's activities and food from many cultures.
The festival is carried by volunteers and neighbours – without a big budget, but with a lot of heart. That is why this website and the portal now provide one reliable place for everyone involved.

The festival covers three streets in the heart of Flingern and the spaces in between:

Your stall at the festival
Clear prices, fair conditions – registration runs entirely through our portal app.flingern-strassenfest.de.

Payment deadline
The stall fee must be transferred no later than four weeks before the festival – otherwise the reservation lapses automatically.
Bring your own supplies
The organisers provide neither electricity nor water. Please plan your stall equipment accordingly.
How stall registration works
- Create an account Register and confirm your email address with the code from our email.
- Register your stall Choose the type of stall and the number of metres you need, with a note if you like.
- Confirmation & invoice The organising team assigns you a spot. You receive the confirmation with the invoice as a PDF by email.
- Bank transfer Transfer the amount to the account on the invoice, with the invoice number as the payment reference.
- Stall number Before the festival, you receive your location and stall number by email. They are also shown in the portal.
- Deposit back After clean-up, a helper checks your spot and gives you a code. With it, you get your deposit back at the payout point.

Registration, stall allocation, invoices and stall numbers all run through app.flingern-strassenfest.de – for flea market sellers, stallholders and the organising team.
If you are just coming to celebrate, you don't need the portal: everything visitors need to know is here on this website.
Sellers & stallholders
Register stalls, track their status, receive invoices by email, look up location and stall number, keep your contact details up to date.
Organisers & helpers
Assign spots and plan stalls, keep track of payments, look up stalls on the day and pay out deposits.

No account, no registration. Programme, festival area and news are all here on the website.
